Join the National Women’s History Museum for our New York Salon! The program will feature a conversation about the historic mid-term elections in which an unprecedented number of women are running for Congress. This will be a nonpartisan event, focused on the effects of gender on policy and politics.
We are building a national movement to create a physical museum on the National Mall – and need YOU to help forge the way.

Become a part of history with… the 1920 Society!
We are building a national movement of philanthropists who invest $10,000 annually in the Museum. Our goal is to secure 200 members by 2020 in honor of the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment. The 1920 Society is helping us bring to life a museum on Washington, DC’s National Mall – a museum where visitors of diverse backgrounds and perspectives can expand their understanding of women’s roles and leave with a more complete view of American history.
