Join the National Women's History Museum and Honorary Co-Chairs, Senator Lisa Murkowski and Representative Linda Sanchez, for the 2016 Women Making History Honors gala. The event will take place on March 14, 2016 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. The event recognizes a select group of women who have made a significant contribution to their field and serve as inspiration to women everywhere.

The esteemed 2016 honorees are:

  • Aesha Ash  |  Former professional ballerina, Founder, The Swan Dreams Project
  • The Honorable Ann Veneman  |  Secretary of Agriculture (2001-2005)
  • Christine Walevska  |  World Renowned Cellist and Master Musician

The Women Making History Honors Gala is an elegant event during Women’s History Month that recognizes a select group of women who have made a significant contribution to their field and serve as inspiration to women everywhere.
